BACKGROUND:
Rod Gilbert earned his real estate license in 1985 and began his career with ERA Landmark in 1996. He earned his broker's license in 1992. Rod specializes in residential and commercial real estate as well as subdivision development. He has lived in Montana since 1974 and worked for 10 years in sales and installation of agricultural irrigation systems.

COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
Rod is a former board member of KUSM, the Montana Public Broadcasting Station, and the past treasurer of the state Sprinkler Irrigation Association of Montana. He is a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of Realtors, serving on board and chairing a variety of committees. Rod is also a member of the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service.
EDUCATION:
Rod holds a bachelor's degree in government and history from the University of Redlands, Calif. Additionally, Rod has completed coursework in accounting at Montana State University and passed the CPA test and has done graduate work in anthropology.
PERSONAL:
Rod and his son, Matt, live in Bozeman. In his free time, Rod enjoys music, hiking, dining and reading.
