BACKGROUND:
Kim Spain joined the sales staff of ERA Landmark Real Estate in September of 2005. She currently focuses her interests in new construction, residential real estate and vacant land which are natural progressions from her strong building back ground.

COMPETITIVE EDGE:
Kim has more than 20 year’s of experience as a partner with her husband, Steve, in various land and building projects, owns and manages income property and is now working on extending her portfolio in real estate. Her familiarity with the building industry gives Kim a unique view of the residential and land opportunities in Southwest Montana. She understands the importance of providing her clients with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Kim has seen the growth and prosperity of Bozeman and its surrounding areas and can help her clients realize their real estate dreams.

EDUCATION:
Kim is a 1979 graduate of Bozeman Senior High School. She also has years of experience in accounting, interior and floral design, management, retail sales and marketing.

COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT:
Kim is very active in the Bozeman community. She donates a lot of her time to Hawk Boosters, After Prom, Bozeman School PAC and several other school activities. Kim received the Unsung Hero Award for her years of volunteer work at Morning Star Elementary School. Their construction business, Northwest Rocky Mountain Construction, Inc., is a member of the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association, Montana Building Industry Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Kim is also a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of Realtors® and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service.

PERSONAL:
Kim and her husband, Steve, have two children: Brock, a junior majoring in architecture at Montana State University and Brook, a senior at Bozeman Senior High School. They enjoy many sports and activities that the great outdoors has to offer here in Bozeman.
