Claire Upton began her real estate career in Washington in 1988 before returning to Montana in 1992, when she launched her career with ERA Landmark. Claire has a Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation and specializes in new construction. She is a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of Realtors® and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service.

The daughter of a contractor and also married to a contractor, Claire understands how to ensure buyers get the new home of their dreams. With her construction background, Claire has an excellent ability to help people visualize a house that has not yet been built.
EDUCATION:
Claire holds a bachelor’s degree in business and has been involved in her family’s residential construction company since 1974.
PERSONAL:
Claire and her husband, Steve, have been living in Bozeman with their two children for 22 years. Claire enjoys gardening and showing her Schipperke dogs.
