BACKGROUND: Andi has been a resident of the Gallatin Valley since moving here from Ohio in 1983. While in Ohio she worked in real estate and property management. After graduating from Montana State University with a BS in Health and Human Development with a minor in Native American Studies, and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy, she maintained a Marriage and Family Therapy counseling practice before joining her husband at ERA Landmark Real Estate in 2002.

COMPETITIVE EDGE: Andi’s training and practice as a therapist have made her an excellent listener which helps her to listen to her clients concerns and their wish list to help make their real estate goals a reality. It also helps her work with different client personalities from the creative to the analytical and from those just moving here to those who are selling a home full of memories. Andi enjoys working with first time homebuyers and sharing her expertise to help them through the home buying process. Andi specializes in residential real estate and works with sellers and buyers. Andi’s professional partnership with her husband Jim gives her clients twice the service and they benefit from the availability of two real estate professionals. Andi and Jim realize that selling or buying a property can seem overwhelming, but their years of experience and success can help you make informed decisions in your real estate transactions.

COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT: Andi is involved in her church serving on committees and organizing women events. She is affiliated with the National and Montana Associations of Realtors, the Gallatin Association of Realtors and The Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service.

EDUCATION: Andi is proud of the fact that as a nontraditional age student she obtained Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Montana State University. But she is equally proud of her commitment to obtaining Realtor designations to help assist her clients in meeting their real estate goals.

PERSONAL: Andi and her husband Jim have three children and six wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys reading, walking, traveling, and attending live theater. She loves her two adorable dogs and living in the Gallatin Valley.
