Denise Andres was one of three sales associates nationwide asked to speak at a general assembly during the 2008 ERA International Business Conference, held February 24-27 in Orlando, Fla. She presented to over 2,000 attendees on techniques she employed to increase her business in 2007 despite a contracting market locally and nationally.
Andres, a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, is highly educated in strategies for successful marketing. Her outstanding efforts to provide the best service possible have ranked her 12th in the nation in total closed production volume for 2007. The ERA network includes more than 38,000 brokers and sales associates and approximately 3,000 offices throughout the United States and 44 other countries and territories.
As a Sales Associate with ERA Landmark for 10 years, Denise has earned many distinguished awards including the ERA National Leaders’ Circle each consecutive year since 1999, "1st in Customer Satisfaction" national awards from ERA Franchise System, and Gallatin Association of REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year 2001. Andres also holds the ABR, CRS and GRI designations which provide her with the best sales tools in the industry.
